Blazing Flames for Tenor saxophone and String Quartet

The piece reflects views of composed contemporary classical music added with sections of structural improvisation throughout the piece. The jazz background of saxophonist Esa Pietilä brings the piece additional multidirectional rhythmic aspects of contemporary freejazz language.
